Yesterday started out really well, got up, had a shake, made it to the gym. Leaving the gym I remembered how great it feels to workout, even on days when you really don't feel like doing much. Just a little cardio and a few weights can make the whole day better. After church last night, I went and drove around neighborhoods, scouting for my new location. I'm most comfortable on the west side, but Glendale is SO CLOSE to my job; we'll see what will happen. I had to grab fast food while driving, though, and it made me sad- there are NO healthy options out there (El Pollo Loco is ok, but has lots of sodium). So I ate poorly, but kept it small.
Today was also a good gym day. I just feel thinner when I'm in the groove of jogging or taking group classes. Today was the first really great food day I've had since before the cleanse days- totally organic, small, healthy, balanced meals. 2 shakes. I feel good. I want to go work out again!
